I am so excited to be the ‘feature’ for  OLYMPIA PEOPLE’S MIC on Thursday evening, May 7, at Café Love,  205 4^th Ave. E. in downtown Olympia.  The Open Mic part is first and begins at 7:30 but poets wanting to read can begin signing up at 7.  Since it is ‘performance poetry,’ I am working hard to memorize pieces.  Instead of reading from my nursing repertoire, I am going to present some ‘psychic poems.’  The energy at these events is amazing!  I feel very honored to be part of it!
