SUMMARY:Unity Writers Group
DESCRIPTION:Unity Writers group meets the second and fourth Thursdays of each month from 1-3 p.m. at the Unity Spiritual Enrichment Center on 3918 San Juan Ave. The workshop is open to writers who work in all genres and who have all levels of experience. We have poets\, memoir writers\, playwrights\, bloggers\, nature writers and fiction authors. Typically during class we each take a turn sharing either something we have written recently or a piece of writing that inspires us. We also share opportunities for writers that we have come across. We confess our dreams and our misgivings. Everything presented in class is confidential. We come together to collaborate in the Art of Words — that often come from our deepest places. Those attending do not need to register and the class is free\, although a small donation to Unity for the use of the Hearth room is appreciated.
